Today is Period Action Day and in celebration of this, we thought we’d give you a little insight on different reusable menstrual products, how to use them, and why they’re better for you, your pocket, and the planet!
Let’s start with your body and your health: We’ve all heard of things like Toxic Shock Syndrome and other irritations caused by regular disposable tampons or pads, but do we really know the ins and outs about what we’re using on our body when we’re on our period?
