Delivery & returns
We would love to get to know you and answer any questions you might have in person. For this reason, all products purchased through The Cloth Nappy Company will be delivered personally free of charge to your address in Malta at an agreed date and time.
If you are based in Gozo, we can post the order to you. Postage rates will be according to the rates specified on the 'Local Registered Postage Articles' on this page: www.maltapost.com/postagerates. You will be notified of the postage rate before proceeding with postage of the order.
If the products you have ordered are in stock, they will be delivered within 3 working days. If the products you have ordered are out of stock, they will be delivered within 14 working days. Following placement of order, you will receive an email with all information. Order deliveries will start on the 28th August 2019!
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are non-returnable. You will be responsible for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
