Delivery & returns
We would love to get to know you and answer any questions you might have in person. For this reason, all products purchased through The Cloth Nappy Company will be delivered personally free of charge to your address in Malta at an agreed date and time. We aim to deliver orders within 1-4 working days.
With regards to Preloved Clothing orders, free delivery is only available when you buy a bundle of 10 or more items. In this case you can also benefit from 10% off using code MOREWEARMORELOVE. For less than 10 items, the delivery charge is €3.
If you are based in Gozo, we can post the order to you. Postage rates will be according to the rates specified on the 'Local Registered Postage Articles' on this page: www.maltapost.com/postagerates. You will be notified of the postage rate before proceeding with postage of the order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are non-returnable. You will be responsible for returning your item.
Preloved Clothing cannot be returned unless the item is in a different condition to that stated, in which case you can contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
